Meet Sarah, Owner and Director of Operations at Real Media Partners. With a background in communications and operations — including early years as a television news producer — Sarah is the strategist and systems-builder behind the scenes at RMP. While she’ll be the first to say she’s not an artist, she’s a big-picture thinker who thrives on creating structure, building programs, and putting processes in place that allow the creative team to do their best work. Over her first year working alongside John, what began as a role grew into shared ownership — a reflection of the trust, growth, and vision they’ve built together. When she’s not developing systems or supporting the team, Sarah is embracing life as a recent empty-nester, traveling often, practicing yoga, reading, and rarely saying no to a McDonald’s Diet Coke.
